I couldn’t find much of a sauce on the sandwich, but that was perfectly fine with the combination of flavors dancing around in my mouth! I could taste a little bit of the tang in every single bite! It was such a great contrast to the salty and smoky pastrami.
The sauerkraut on this sandwich was also pretty epic. Guy Fieri would be so excited to try this! It’s smoked! I guess this goes along with the southern BBQ feel, but holy smokes, it’s great and there’s plenty of it. The pastrami is prepared and smoked in house. Now let’s talk a bit about this reuben sandwich. Of course, I don’t eat a lot of noodles that aren’t whole wheat, so that part always surprises me a bit!
